Do your Reformer Straps connect to all types of Pilates reformer machines?
Our Reformer Straps are designed to fit all types of Pilates reformer machines, but we recommended that you check with the studio owner or instructor for compatibility, as some machines may have different attachment mechanisms or dimensions that can affect the fit. For machines with only a rope attachment, such as the Allegro Reformer, our Reformer Straps' d-ring can be secured in the same way as a rope attachment. If you have any questions regarding compatibility or usage, feel free to contact us.
How do I change the Reformer Straps for the first time?
Plan to arrive at class a few minutes early to allow enough time to change your straps.
Gently unclip the current straps from the Pilates reformer machine and place them somewhere safe and out of the way, making sure not to obstruct paths or workout spaces.
Attach your PIYO Reformer Straps by simply clicking them in. Adjust the rope length and alignment for your desired tension level. Do a quick test to ensure they're securely attached and the tension is to your liking.

While these marks may not completely disappear with cleaning, they do not indicate a problem with the product, nor affect the grip or durability.
My product appears differently to what was on your website, why?
Due to varying display capabilities on monitors and phone screens, product colours may appear slightly different than their actual shade. We aim for accurate representation, but slight variations might be present. For any queries about product colour or material, please contact us.

We dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Robina, Queensland, Australia.

While our warehouse in Robina isn't open for general public access, we do offer delivery for large orders within South East Queensland. Please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time.
